We will transport your components to our Remanufacturing Division from any of these locations free. It's a convenience designed to save you time and money. You are always welcome to bring components directly to the Hydraulic Remanufacturing facility in Bolivar.

- INVENTORY
Our extensive inventory of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Component Manufacturer (OCM) seals and packing support our remanufacturing operations. Raw materials including bronze for bushings, ductile iron for pistons, suitable-to-hone and prehoned tubing for cylinders, and standard and metric chrome plated rod stock are inventoried and machined in-house. Complete pumps, seal kits, housings, gear sets and cartridge kits on our shelves support the pump remanufacturing operations. Overnight express shipping from OEM and OCM suppliers provides timely support for those seldom used and difficult to locate items.

- WARRANTY
Complete Hydraulic Service skilled technicians remanufacture hydraulic components using Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Component Manufacturer (OCM) parts and then thoroughly test them according to factory specifications. Backed with this attention to detail and quality workmanship, Complete Hydraulic Service provides a warranty on our remanufactured hydraulic components.
- OIL SAMPLING
Regular sampling is the best way to detect and measure contaminants in the hydraulic system and correct problems before they result in major repairs and unscheduled downtime. Because of this, with every remanufactured hydraulic component, Complete Hydraulic Service provides two complimentary Scheduled Oil Sampling (SOS) kits. Just take a sample at the time of installation and again after 80-100 hours of operation. Our in-house lab will provide a detailed sample analysis and notify you immediately of potential problems. With each sample kit we supply a Hydraulic System Flushing procedure. Following proper flushing procedures will add to the life of your hydraulic system components.
